We seek professionals interested in our team to apply for our Human Resources area.


As a Staffing Coordinator you will have some responsibilities:


  • Understanding resource adjustment needs in ongoing projects with the consultancy's leaders by project looking at Integration globally. 
  • Consolidation of staffing needs for new projects, understanding resource requirements and deadlines with the consultancy leaders involved in new project sales.
  • Assessment of weekly staffing needs and development of initial recommendations, considering resource and individual limitations of each professional, seeking to ensure balance.
  • Validating and adjusting weekly staffing decisions with the director/partner responsible for global staffing 
  • Validating and adjusting weekly staffing decisions with the leaders of each area/office.
  • Consolidation of staffing communication materials.
  • Identification of opportunities to improve results with staffing by area/office.
  • Suggestions for actions to improve results.
  • Controlling the execution of project rituals and assessing the risks of delays.

Key skills and experience for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • At ease in an international environment: you speak both great English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Teamwork and people development ability;
  • Flexibility in dealing with changeable environment;
  • Open to give and receive feedback;
  • Result-driven and client-oriented.
