Integration’s São Paulo Office is seeking candidates to be part of our multi-functional and international teams of hands-on professionals inside the Corporate Area.

We are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Finance Assistant within our Corporate Finance area.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Responsible for managing and control employee expenses (corporate and consultancy areas) following our internal policy for Brazil and international operations (LATAM, Europe and USA)
- Manage the reimbursement for employees, employee corporate card control and travel advances in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Report billable expenses from customers aligned with the client contract definition and local accounting legislation (ensured by accounting team).

- Bachelor’s degree in, business administration, financial management, accounting, or related courses (pursing or concluded)
- Basic finance skills (debit and credit, exchange rates impacts, etc)
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
- Good communication, planning and organization skills
- Teamwork and people development ability
- Flexibility in dealing with changing environment
- Open to give and receive feedback
- Result-driven and client-oriented.
