Our German office in the heart of Munich supports national and international clients in the DACH region and forms, together with the London office, the European location.

OPEN POSITION: Consultant
■ RESPONSIBILITY: Our consultant on a lot of responsibility early on. They drive work streams independently and work directly with clients at top management level.
■ OWNERSHIP: Our analysts lead quantitative and qualitative analyses as value-add in the project.
■ CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: Our analysts develop and implement solution concepts for our clients.
■ PROJECT ACQUISITION: Our analysts support the preparation and presentation of project proposals.
■ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Our analysts play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by leading internal special projects and initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING
■ we are looking for is 2-3 years work experience in a strategy or management consultancy
■ Relevant internships and international experience.
■ Completed master's degree from a reputable university with an excellent grade.
■ Enthusiasm for our clients' complex challenges, commitment and enjoyment in shaping a growing company.
■ Excellent organizational and analytical skills, creative problem-solving approaches.
■ Strong client orientation, proactivity and willingness to take responsibility.
■ Embodiment of our company culture of respect, self-confidence and cooperation.
■ Excellent German and English skills. Additional foreign languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
■ Experience and enjoyment working in a multicultural environment.
