We seek professionals interested in our team to apply for our Human Resources area.


As a Staffing Analyst you will have some responsibilities:


  • Scheduling, allocation e delivery;
  • Aptitude in collaborating with consultancy professionals to ensure the best customer experience and innovation;
  • Support to ensure timely strategies;
  • Understanding in the practices for a better allocation strategy;
  • Eagerness to learn.

Key skills and experience for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • At ease in an international environment: you speak both great English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Dynamic profile;
  • Attentive to details, with a systemic and procedural vision of the business;
  • Good interpersonal relations.
  • Teamwork and people development ability;
  • Flexibility in dealing with changeable environment;
