Tech Lead

Integration Consulting, a multinational strategy and management consulting company, is investing in its digital solutions offering and structuring the team needed for this new moment. It is therefore a position that will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility (given the moment of consolidation of the digital solutions offer), but already with all the corporate support of a consolidated and renowned company.

We are looking for a corporate technical leader for the development operation. The professional will be responsible for technically leading the production of solutions, working on multiple projects/clients at the same time, running day-to-day governance, ensuring development standards, guiding technical decisions, and training internal teams. It should be noted that this is not a solution specification position - that will be the responsibility of the leaders of each project; the role is more focused on defining and guaranteeing technical standards, across the board.

The solutions in question vary in terms of context and objectives, as they are custom-made for our clients. However, they must necessarily adhere to a development standard, since the ownership remains with Integration (even though they are customized), and maintenance and upgrades are required over time. It will be the responsibility of the professional in this position to define and ensure this standard.

The main responsibilities as a Tech Lead will be: 

• Making decisions on the technology stack and architecture to be applied to the solutions.
• Defining and guaranteeing the development standards and governance (processes, routines, indicators) that will be part of day-to-day operations.
• Setting up development teams - defining profiles, quantifying, selecting, and training - within Integration's environment, rituals, and tools.
• Leading the day-to-day production of digital solutions, supervising multiple projects at the same time.
• Managing the source code inventory for potential reuse.
• Suggesting course adjustments in the face of market trends and new technologies.
• Coordinating decisions and ensuring any synergies with Integration Consulting's internal Technology team.

What is expected for this position:

The expectation for this professional is that they will be able to navigate well between the technical and business worlds, both because the solutions are developed for corporate clients (B2B) and because it is an internal leadership role. A profile with an entrepreneurial spirit is also expected, given the early stage vis-à-vis the opportunity and strategic relevance of the initiative. This position will be overseen by the initiative's internal leader, who currently holds a director position at Integration Consulting, with a more business-oriented bias.

Key skills and experience for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with development in React JS and Django (full stack)
• Experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of cloud computing - hosting, databases, microservices, automation.
• Knowledge of development management and collaboration platforms (GitHub and the like).
• Familiarity with Data-Viz tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling in Python, including Machine Learning applications.
• Have worked in administrative leadership or business consultancy positions.
• Advanced/Fluent in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Result-driven and client-oriented.

Other desirable skills and experience:

• Advanced knowledge of UI / application design.
• Knowledge of data security standards and legislation.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLM and NLP.
• Experience with technology and data auditing processes.
• Experience with system maintenance and customer service.
