We seek professionals interested in management consulting to apply for our Consultant positions. As a Consultant you will have some responsibilities:

• you will focus in the development of the project’s team
• coordinate project’s delivery, guarantying quality and deadline
• develop a contact network, generating new business opportunities
• participate and represent Integration in events and in associations

The following skills and experience are key for this role:

• Prior experience in management consulting or a similar environment
• A master's degree from a renowned university
• Enthusiasm for complex issues faced by our clients, commitment to and pleasure in shaping a growing company
• Excellent organizational as well as analytical skills, creative problem-solving approaches
• Strong client orientation, proactivity and result-driven
• Willingness to embody our company’s culture of respect, self-confidence and cooperation
• Excellent German and English language skills – additional foreign languages, such as Portuguese or Spanish, are a plus
• Experience and enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Availability to travel
• Capacity to assume and delegate responsibilities inside a project
• Ability to improve and develop methodologies and internal process
