Integration’s São Paulo Office is seeking candidates to be part of our multi-functional and international teams of hands-on professionals inside the Corporate Area.

We are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Marketing Assistant - Experience within our Corporate Marketing area.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Responsible for providing support to the project teams – (in person, telephone, email, etc.)
• Ensuring all necessary support to the applicant in relation to the generation of marketing experiences within the project (e.g. creating a logo, visual ID, ambiance, template, thank you gift at the end of the project, etc.).
• During this service process, you will be the responsible for clarifies doubts, seeks solutions and offers alternatives.
• Must be the guardian of the area's processes, ensuring monitoring until the end of the project, with frequent interactions and search for improvements.
• Be responsible for discussing briefings, capturing and generating questions that can add to the final product
• Guarantee quality and adequate deadlines, interfacing at 3 levels: Requester, Developer and Supplier

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or related courses.
• Fluent in English or advanced.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Photoshop in the Adobe package (Illustrator, Acrobat, Lightroom, among others) is considered a plus.
• It is essential to have good communication, clarity and quick understanding; ability to direct towards an implementable solution
• Deal with several simultaneous projects, always in constant alignment.
• Proactivity to propose creative solutions that meet the applicant’s needs.
• Ability to discuss briefings, capture and generate questions that can add to the final product.
• Maintain excellent relationships at all points of contact, from the requester to the supplier.
• Monitoring of started and unstarted projects.
• Analytical ability to understand and suggest the best option, suited to the reality of time, budget and expectations.
• Have excellent demand management, ensuring quality and adequate deadlines, interfacing at 3 levels: Requester, Developer and Supplier.
• Negotiator profile, capable of negotiating deadlines and values, ensuring always focus on quality.
• Great files management.
