 The role 

As a Business Analyst at Integration, you'll take ownership of impactful work. More than putting together decks, our engagement is aimed at driving significant change at organizations. Our BAs work collaboratively with clients in multi-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that match their business reality. 

Key responsibilities: 

Ownership of workstreams, during Transformation projects with full exposure to the client, ensuring quality, deadlines, and measurable results 

• Plan activities/work fronts with the consultant/manager, guarantee constant alignment of the progress, and deliver on time

• Within one's work scope, obtain the data and information needed to define and analyze the problem.

• Generate structured materials and present the content in a clear and assertive manner.

• Develop the delivery together with the client's team and guarantee the necessary alignments and validations.

• Work Visa: We look for professionals who have work authorization in GER.

• Munich base: Hybrid format, availability to be in Munich 1-2 days/week
