What sets a career at Integration Consulting apart:

• Build your firm: Our Analysts play a key role in driving our growth and direction by leading internal initiatives. As a start-up operation, the results of these initiatives will determine how Integration will operate in Europe.

• International Exposure: Work on global projects across Europe, Americas and beyond. Fast career progression often includes international assignments, and our Analysts travel to all parts of the world to work on-site with client teams.

• Values-Driven Culture: Integration's culture is about individuality. From day one, your opinion matters, and you're not just encouraged, but required to speak up, challenge the status quo, and make yourself heard. This is lived in our rituals, how we do client work and collaborate internally, creating an environment where you can grow and thrive in your own unique way.

• Professional Development as Priority: Integration doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all training programs. Instead, professional development is deeply personal and individually tailored - because each person is unique, and each career path should be unique too.
